Trust & Safety at DOCFO
Healthcare requires verifiable information, accountable provider listings, and strict data confidentiality. Learn how we safeguard platform integrity.
Understanding Profile Verification Statuses
Every clinic and practitioner profile on DOCFO operates under a defined administrative status.
Pending Status
PendingThe clinic or doctor profile has been submitted and is currently undergoing administrative credential review. During pending status, the profile does not appear in public discovery and cannot accept active patient bookings.
Verified Status
VerifiedThe facility and practitioner credentials have been reviewed by DOCFO platform administrators against official state medical council databases and business establishment records. The profile is actively listed.
Rejected Status
RejectedThe submitted registration lacked valid documentation, failed medical council verification, or contained inaccurate operational details. Rejected profiles are not activated.
Suspended Status
SuspendedAn account that has been temporarily or permanently restricted by administrators due to reported operational inaccuracies, unaddressed complaints, or policy violations.
What Verification Means (and What It Does Not Mean)
What DOCFO Verifies:
• Official State Medical Council registration numbers against available public registers.
• Claimed physical clinic premises and associated administrative contacts.
• Accuracy of scheduled consultation hours to prevent misleading booking slots.
What Verification Does NOT Mean:
• It is not a clinical quality rating or endorsement of medical competence.
• It does not guarantee specific medical outcomes or clinical treatment success.
• It does not replace patient discretion when selecting a healthcare provider.
Reporting Inaccurate or Outdated Profiles
If you discover an inaccurate doctor qualification, an unverified clinic location, an unauthorized listing, or poor operational behavior, we encourage immediate reporting. Our administrative trust desk reviews reports within 24 hours.
Platform Security Safeguards
Encrypted Transmission
All data between web clients and Supabase backend is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3.
Row-Level Security (RLS)
Strict database policies ensure clinic members only query records belonging to their facility.
Audit Logging
Administrative modifications, role assignments, and queue resets generate immutable audit logs.
