Arrive at the clinic. Front-desk staff confirms your arrival by scanning the clinic check-in QR code or checking your appointment code. Your physical token is activated, and live queue updates commence.
What happens at the clinic:
• Patient presents appointment code or scans reception QR
• Receptionist confirms patient presence in the waiting room
• System issues active token number (e.g. Token #14)
• Live status updates show patients currently in consultation

Live tokens reflect real-time OPD consultation speed as updated by the clinic operations desk.
Important Operational Boundaries
• Reception Authority: Physical queue tokens are controlled and reconciled by the clinic staff. If an emergency patient arrives or a consultation requires extra clinical care, the clinic has full authority to prioritize patients fairly.
• Punctuality: Arriving late after your scheduled session has ended may require the clinic to mark the appointment as a no-show or assign a walk-in token at their discretion.
