DOCFO IS AN ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATION AND DISCOVERY TECHNOLOGY PLATFORM. DOCFO DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE, DIAGNOSIS, PRESCRIPTION, OR TREATMENT. WE DO NOT OPERATE AN EMERGENCY RESPONSE SERVICE. IF YOU ARE FACING A LIFE-THREATENING EMERGENCY OR REQUIRE URGENT CLINICAL CARE, CONTACT EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES (112 / 108) OR PROCEED IMMEDIATELY TO THE NEAREST HOSPITAL EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the DOCFO website, clinic management portal, or related mobile applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform.
2. Platform Scope and Role
DOCFO provides software tools that facilitate provider discovery, appointment scheduling, and reception-managed live queue tokens for outpatient visits.
DOCFO acts solely as an administrative intermediary between independent healthcare clinics, doctors, and patients. We do not employ listed medical practitioners as healthcare workers, nor do we supervise clinical care. All medical treatment, diagnosis, and prescription decisions are rendered exclusively by licensed healthcare providers.
3. User Responsibilities & Accounts
• Accurate Information: Users agree to supply truthful, current, and complete personal and contact details. Submitting false names or fictitious phone numbers is strictly prohibited.
• Account Security: Clinic staff and patients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and all activities occurring under their accounts.
• Appointment Etiquette: Patients are expected to arrive on time for scheduled consultation windows. Repeated no-shows or frivolous bookings may result in booking restrictions.
4. Clinic & Practitioner Responsibilities
• Credential Accuracy: Clinics and doctors warrant that all submitted professional qualifications, medical council registrations, and practice licenses are active, authentic, and unencumbered.
• Queue Authority: Clinics retain ultimate responsibility for physical waiting room operations, triage decisions, emergency prioritizing, and patient consultation pacing.
• Confidentiality: Clinic staff must treat all patient data accessed through the portal with strict professional medical confidentiality.
5. Arrival Check-in & Queue Operations
An appointment booking guarantees a reservation slot within a doctor session; it does not eliminate clinical waiting. Active queue tokens are issued only after physical arrival at the clinic has been validated by front-desk staff.
Token progression displays and estimated wait times are indicative guidelines reflecting the ongoing session pace. They may shift if a patient requires prolonged examination or if an emergency patient must be triaged ahead.
6. Verification Limitations
While DOCFO reviews doctor council numbers and clinic operational details, verification confirms administrative documentation only. DOCFO does not inspect physical clinical hygiene, assess medical expertise, or warrant treatment outcomes.
7. Prohibited Conduct
Users shall not:
- Deploy automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to harvest provider directories or monopolize booking slots.
- Attempt to bypass database row-level security or access unauthorized clinic records.
- Use the platform to harass healthcare workers or submit defamatory reviews.
- Impersonate another individual or healthcare facility.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Indian law, DOCFO and its directors, employees, and infrastructure partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from: (a) medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment provided by listed practitioners; (b) consultation delays, session cancellations, or queue wait times; or (c) temporary platform downtime.
